I caught this Dawg salmon on a spinner, which is very difficult to do. Most Chums are snagged!
This is one of many silver salmon we caught on this beautiful day in Southeast Alaska!
Pink salmon are the red-headed stepchild when we fish southeast Alaska. Everyone wants the Silvers, but a pink can be very good eating and a super fighter for it's size, especially if you foul hook them.
